Parties Propose Amendments to Allow Exceptions for Reuniting Refugee Families

Ljubljana, 16 December - Four parliamentary parties filed Tuesday a motion to change the aliens act so as to allow exceptions to a rule that only allows under-aged children, spouses and parents to join a refugee in Slovenia. The proposal was prompted by a case of a Somali refugee who is seeking to bring her under-aged sister to live with her in Slovenia.
