Banka Celje Nationalised After Nod from EU

Ljubljana/Celje, 16 December - After the European Commission cleared a bailout of Banka Celje, which includes recapitalisation, the transfer of toxic loans to the bad bank and fresh guarantees, Slovenia officially got on Tuesday another in a line of fully nationalised banks. Like in previous cases, the move involves a bail-in of subordinated bondholders.
