Govt Given Discretion to Sell Claims of Ailing Companies

Ljubljana, 16 December - The National Assembly tweaked the 2014 and 2015 budget implementation act on Tuesday to give the government the discretion to decide on selling state claims to companies undergoing restructuring. The opposition fear the changes would enable covert privatisation.
