Constitutional Court Throws Out Challenge against Anti-Graft Watchdog
Ljubljana, 17 December - The Constitutional Court has thrown out a challenge against the law on the prevention of corruption and the bylaws of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption which had been filed in early 2013 in an attempt to help clear Janez Janša of accusations in a damning anti-graft report.
