Ljubljana/Rače, 18 December - Pinus, a producer of pesticides that has been teetering on the verge of bankruptcy for years, has been sold to the European subsidiary of Albaugh, a US maker of pesticides best known as a producer of glyphosate, for a reported ten million euros.
