Sentences Handed Down in Controversial EUR 1M Tax Fraud Case

Ljubljana, 19 December - The Ljubljana District Court has passed sentences against entrepreneur Domen Zavrl and his two accomplices in a EUR 1m tax fraud case that led to the resignation of the then Tax Administration (DURS) boss Ivan Simič in 2008 after he was accused of trying to halt a tax investigation against Zavrl in 2007.
