Majority Against Changing Penal Code over IS Fighters

Ljubljana, 19 December - The opposition Democrats (SDS) failed to secure a parliamentary majority on Friday in support of their motion to expand the penal code to include those fighting with terrorists abroad. Most deputy groups held criminal acts from the respective UN resolution were already defined as crimes in the exiting code.
