Storied Mineral Water Producer Sold to Czech Company Kofola

Ljubljana/Laško, 19 December - Brewery Pivovarna Laško sold on Friday a 75.31% stake in soft drinks maker Radenska to Czech company Kofola. Kofola bought one of the best performing segments of the indebted Laško group in cooperation with the P&P group owned by the Polič family from Slovenia for slightly under EUR 52m.
