Second Day of Pope John Paul's Visit in Slovenia; Father Confirm Our Faith!

Expectation and anxiety were felt among people in Slovenia as the calm and fresh morning announced the birth of a warm, almost summer-like May Saturday. This 18 May was a special day for Slovenia as it was the second day of the visit of Pope John Paul II in the country. Celebrating his 76th birthday Saturday, the Pope was waked up by a song. In the courtyard of the Archbishop's palace in Ljubljana, where the Holy Father spent the night, children sang a song in Karol Woytila's mother tongue. When in good spirits the Holy Father joined the children, they handed him bunches of flowers wishing him good health.
