Ljubljana, 23 December - The parliamentary Privileges and Credentials Commission on Tuesday decided to propose to the National Assembly not to grant immunity to opposition Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša after new criminal proceedings were opened against him. Unofficially, the proceedings relate to contentious real estate deals from 2005.
