Govt Appoints Acting Director of Chemistry Institute

Ljubljana, 24 December - The government confirmed on Wednesday chemical engineer Janez Levec for acting director of the National Chemistry Institute until the appointment of full-fledged new director, but for a maximum of one year, the Government Communication Office said. Levec succeeds long-time director Janko Jamnik, who was murdered last week.
