Ljubljana, 31 December - Open-air celebrations on New Year's Eve on Wednesday will be held in the streets and squares of Slovenian cities and towns on Wednesday, offering numerous music concerts and other events. The organisers are expecting thousands to show up despite forecasts of freezing temperatures and wind.
