Weather: Cold Snap Persists

Ljubljana, 1 January - New Year's Day will be bitterly cold as temperatures of 10-17 degrees below zero are forecast, dropping to -20 in the plateaus of central and north-western Slovenia. Daytime highs will range from -4 to 2 degrees.
