New Insolvency Legislation Deemed Efficient

Ljubljana, 2 January - Amendments to the umbrella insolvency law passed in 2013 were initially criticised as too complex, but a year on several key changes, most notably the possibility of bankruptcy protection, are seen by stakeholders as having lived up to the promise to help companies successfully restructure.
