Real Estate Market Becoming Livelier But Prices Still Falling

Ljubljana, 3 January - The turnover on the real estate market picked up again in 2014 after it had fallen in 2013 to the level of the crisis year 2009, but prices continued to fall. They were down 5.4% in the third quarter year-on-year. The bad bank is entering the market with confiscated flats this year, but no major impacts are expected.
