Supreme Court Declares Detention for Rotnik Unlawful
Ljubljana, 5 January - The Supreme Court has declared unlawful the decision of the Celje District Court to keep former boss of the Šoštanj coal-fired power plant (TEŠ) Uroš Rotnik in custody on money laundering suspicion, Rotnik's lawyer confirmed on Monday. Rotnik was in detention between 6 November and 24 December last year.
