Top Court Wants Full Public Financing of Private Primary Schools With State Curricula

Ljubljana, 6 January - The Constitutional Court has found provisions of the education act envisaging 85% public financing of private primary schools teaching state-approved curricula as unconstitutional, so it ordered the legislator to enact full financing of such schools within a year.
