Orthodox Christians in Slovenia Celebrating Christmas

Ljubljana, 7 January - Orthodox Christians in Slovenia are celebrating Christmas on Wednesday, which was preceded with the blessing of "badnjak", a small oak tree symbolising the strength which Christ brings to the world and people, on Christmas eve.
