Delo Sees Pope's Reform Efforts But Does Not Expect Change So Soon

Ljubljana, 7 January - The daily Delo points out on Wednesday that Pope Francis's recently announced list of 15 new cardinals only includes one from the ranks of the Roman Curia. This heralds a reform of the curia, but it is not expected to come over night.
