Rail Operator Seeks EUR 72m in Damages over Failed Terminal

Ljubljana, 8 January - Railways operator Slovenske železnice has filed a EUR 72m damages suit against the Hungarian-Canadian developer of the failed Ljubljana passenger terminal, which pulled out the project over the failure to obtain a state subsidy. The procedure to terminate the contract on the EUR 320m project is still ongoing.
