Favorable Credit Worthiness Assessment to Enhance Issuing Securities

Main in issuing Slovene securities on foreign markets is a low-level image of Slovenia coupled with an appropriately low-level investors response, Miran Vičič of the Nova Ljubljanska banka told the 13th Stock Exchange Conference in Portorož, coastal Slovenia, adding the situation has lately improved mainly due to state activities. In this regard he mentioned a favorable creditworthiness assessment, which will help Slovenia find investors on foreign markets and lower the price of acquired funds. The conference also discussed dividend policies in Slovene companies.
