Novo Mesto to Mark 650 Years Since Founding

Novo Mesto, 19 January - Novo mesto in the south-east of Slovenia is celebrating the 650th anniversary of the founding of what is now the seventh biggest city in the country and the capital of the Dolenjsko region. Several cultural and sports events will be organised to mark the jubilee throughout the year.
