Info Commissioner Calls for Prudence in Fight against Terrorism

Ljubljana, 14 January - In the light of recent demands for stricter measures against terrorism, Information Commissioner Mojca Prelesnik warned on Wednesday that any new measures must be carefully thought through. There must be a balance between protecting public safety and protection of basic human rights, the commissioner said in a press release.
