Slovenia Drafts Action Plan to Repay LB Savers
Ljubljana, 16 January - Slovenia has finalised an action plan to implement the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Yugoslav-era foreign currency deposits by today's deadline. The ruling orders a scheme to repay an estimated 280,000 deposit-holders of the defunct Slovenian LB bank in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
