Higher Court Throws Out Damages for Prison Guards Over Report

Ljubljana, 15 January - The Ljubljana Higher Court has granted an appeal by the weekly Reporter against a damages suit brought by three prison guards at Dob prison who were awarded EUR 11,000 in compensation by a lower court over the magazine's report about alleged abuse in Slovenia's largest prison.
