SDS Moves to Legislate Higher Share of Local Music in Media

Ljubljana, 15 January - The opposition Democrats (SDS) proposed changes to the media act which would double the daily quota for the share of local music aired by radio and TV stations from the current 20% to 40%. The SDS warns that the current rules are being abused with most of Slovenian music being aired at night.
