Sovereign Holding Takes Over PDP Restructuring Firm

Ljubljana, 19 January - The Slovenia Sovereign Holding (SSH) became the sole owner of the state-owned PDP restructuring firm, after it acquired a 66% stake in the company from the state-run KAD fund on Monday, the SSH said in a press release.
