Ljubljana, 21 January - The social pact for 2015-2016, initialled yesterday by representatives of the government, trade unions and employers, provides guidelines for reform of the tax and health systems, while also envisaging a blueprint of changes in the pensions system beyond 2020 among 140 measures in 11 fields.
