Ljubljana, 22 January - The 14th congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia in 1990 would be but a minor footnote in the history of the ill-fated country, were it not for a walk-out by the Slovenian delegation on 22 January that transformed it into a turning point which triggered a cascade of events leading to the country's break-up.
