Delo Urges Sale of NKBM

Ljubljana, 23 January - Quoting a Chinese proverb which says that the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, but the second best is now, the daily Delo argues Friday that having missed the best time to sell its state-owned banks, the country has no choice but to act now and sell NKBM.
