Ljubljana, 23 January - Economist Mojmir Mrak does not think Slovenia can expect much from the quantitative easing (QE) announced by the European Central Bank (ECB), but he does think the measure necessary, while he describes the risk-sharing decision as a precedent that calls single monetary policy into question.
