Delo Says Intl. Community Keeping Crisis Stable in Kosovo

Ljubljana, 29 January - The crisis in Kosovo is a constant, and the international co-administrators will prevent any violent attempts to seize power and will make sure that the "stability of crisis" in the country is maintained, the daily Delo says in Thursday's commentary.
