Ljubljana, 30 January - Slovenian missionary Pedro Opeka, who has dedicated his life to helping people living in rubbish dumps in Madagascar, is likely to be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the second time, as an NGO has invited academics to support the motion to be able to submit a formal nomination.
