Dnevnik Says School System Broken

Ljubljana, 3 February - The statistics showing that the number of children with special needs in Slovenia has more than doubled since 2006 does not mean that something is wrong with Slovenian children, but that the education system is broken, the daily Dnevnik says in Tuesday's commentary.
