Zidar Taking Clean Shovel Case to Top Court

Ljubljana, 3 February - Ivan Zidar, the former boss of now bankrupt construction company SCT, has appealed to the Constitutional Court over the air traffic control tower corruption case in which he was sentenced to 14 months in prison. Zidar's verdict became final in 2013 but the 76-year-old is still not serving his sentence because of health reasons.
