Minister Suggests Excluding Defence Spending from Maastricht Rules

Brussels, 5 February - Slovenia's Defence Minister Janko Veber has called for looking into the possibility of excluding NATO-target defence spending from the Maastricht criteria, noting that EU and NATO goals are in contradiction.
