Prospect of Restaurants Falling Short on Hygiene Ruffles Feathers

Ljubljana, 6 February - For a second time in months Slovenians are facing the prospect that some of their local food vendors may not be meeting the highest hygiene standards, as authorities released a list of restaurants subject to hygiene inspections last year. Serious violations were uncovered at around 17% of the inspected restaurants.
