Nedelo: Half of Slovenes against Teachers' Strike

Ljubljana, 26 May - General strike owing to low salaries has been now announced also by employees in education. But do Slovenes support the step? The outcome of the latest opinion poll by the Sunday paper Nedelo is in a way quite surprising. As many as 50.4 percent of those interviewed refused their support to educators, while only 35 percent of them sided with badly paid teachers, Nedelo writes on Sunday.
