Ljubljana, 10 February - The Ljubljana Higher Court heard appeals Tuesday by painter Jure Cekuta and retired Defence Ministry official Peter Zupan against prison sentences in the third trial related to the Patria defence scandal, with Zupan presenting a document he claims exonerates him.
