Finance Rebukes Govt over Rail Project

Ljubljana, 11 February - The business daily Finance finds the proposal for a public-private partnership to build a second rail track between the port of Koper and the inland hub of Divača "impertinent", referring to a government-commissioned analysis that it says has found the project would not pay at the price of EUR 1.4bn.
