Conference Stresses Need to Prevent Cultural Rift in Euro-Mediterranean

Piran, 12 February - Failure to take appropriate action could lead to a rift among the different cultures in the Euro-Mediterranean region and diplomacy should be seen as a tool for intercultural integration, the president of the Piran-based Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI) Abdelhamid El Zoheiri said as EMUNI's annual conference got underway on Wednesday.
