Ljubljana, 12 February - International affairs analyst Klemen Grošelj believes the Minsk agreement reached by the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France is a great achievement in that it ends the prospect of the conflict in eastern Ukraine from spiralling out of control.
