Cerar Stresses Importance of Putin's Direct Involvement in Minsk Deal

Brussels, 13 February - PM Miro Cerar welcomed along with other EU leaders in Brussels on Thursday the Minsk agreement on the Ukraine crisis, saying it was an important step forward especially because of the direct participation of the Russian president. As to Greece, Cerar repeated that agreements need to be respected but that there could be room for flexibility.
