Greek Govt Must Start Implementing Reform, Delo Says

Ljubljana, 16 February - The new Greek government has to stop looking for culprits for the crisis in its country abroad, the daily Delo says on Monday, adding that Greece will have to start implementing structural reforms which were drafted a long time ago but have been gathering dust on the shelves of government offices.
