Fuel Prices Up Despite Excise Cut

Ljubljana, 16 February - Fuel prices at Slovenian pumps will spike by around 4% at midnight on Tuesday despite a cut in excise duty, as the effects of a stronger dollar and a slight rebound in oil prices filter through to private consumption.
