Blueprint for Higher Education Act Unveiled

Ljubljana, 16 February - Higher education is to remain tuition-free at the first two levels, while higher education institutions are to get longer-term financing contracts under a blueprint for a new higher education act, which would also enable the formation of polytechnic colleges in Slovenia.
