Ljubljana, 17 February - The daily Dnevnik is critical in Tuesday's commentary of Slovenia's rural development programme until 2020 under which a total of EUR 1.1bn will be allocated to agriculture in the period. The paper says the poorly conceived programme will bring no improvements to the sector.
