Inquiry Finds Prosecution Bias in 2013 Attempted Murder Plea Deal

Ljubljana, 17 February - An inquiry into a 2013 case which should have been classified as attempted premeditated murder but was treated as attempted murder showed that four Ljubljana prosecutors treated the accused too mildly, which resulted in a punishment that was too soft, papers report on Tuesday.
