Italy's DBA Acquires Actual IT as Part of Balkans Expansion
Koper/Treviso, 17 February - Italian firm DBA Lab, part of the DBA group, has announced it has acquired the Koper-based IT company Actual IT from the troubled Istrabenz conglomerate for EUR 8m to upgrade its IT segment and pursue its internationalisation plans with expansion to the entire Balkans.
