Beaver Population in Slovenia Recovering
Novo Mesto, 19 February - A significant number of European beavers have migrated to Slovenia from nature reserves in Croatia, mainly populating the basin of the Krka river in the south-east of the country. A group of beavers are currently building a lodge in the very centre of Novo mesto.
